Date night in Panama City: waterfront restaurants with hours, a lighted kayak tour, symphony and comedy nights, a cocktail lounge and the Social District.

Last checked Oct. 9, 2026. Every hour, address and phone number comes from the business’s own website, or from its listing on Destination Panama City’s events calendar where we say so. We list places; we do not rank them. Hours change with the seasons; call or book ahead.

Panama City dates happen by the water. Downtown has a marina-front restaurant, a cocktail lounge, comedy and a Social District for a drink between stops; historic St. Andrews, west along the bay, has oyster bars and taprooms around Beck Avenue and the St. Andrews Marina. For something after dinner, take a lighted kayak out on the bay or catch a concert.
