Five places with outdoor seating inside Panama City limits, from the downtown marina and a downtown brewpub to the St. Andrews waterfront and three Starbucks stores.

Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Outdoor tables in Panama City are mostly by the water: on the downtown marina at the foot of Harrison Avenue and on the St. Andrews waterfront along Bayview and Beck avenues. Downtown, History Class Brewing Company has two outdoor seating areas, and three Starbucks stores list outdoor seating.

How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Panama City’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and added places from the state’s food service license and inspection records for Panama City, checking each address against the city boundary. We checked every place against its own website on Oct. 10, 2026, and kept only places whose own site, or Starbucks’ own store data, says they have outdoor seating, a patio or a deck. Many other restaurants have a few tables outside; if yours does and your site says so, write to us and we will add it. A hurricane warning was in effect for Panama City when we checked, and some pages showed storm closings or short hours; the table gives regular hours (Starbucks’ Friday hours are left out for that reason), so call before you go. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it.
