Nine burger places inside Panama City limits: Fatboys, Five Guys and the drive-thrus on 23rd Street, plus four waterfront and Beck Avenue spots in St. Andrews.
Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. Refreshed every three months.
Panama City’s burger chains line 23rd Street just west of Harrison Avenue, with Fatboys, Five Guys, Krystal, Sonic and Wendy’s within about half a mile of each other. In historic St. Andrews, four restaurants on Beck and Bayview avenues list burgers on their menus, two of them on the marina.
How we made this list. We started with OpenStreetMap records inside Panama City’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, and added places from the state’s food service license and inspection records for Panama City, checking each address against the city boundary. We checked every place against its own website on Oct. 10, 2026, and kept sit-down restaurants only where their own menu lists a burger. Burger King on West 15th Street and McDonald’s on West 23rd Street and West U.S. 98 are left out because their store pages would not load for us. A hurricane warning was in effect for Panama City when we checked, and some pages showed storm closings or short hours; the table gives regular hours (Wendy’s Friday hours are left out for that reason), so call before you go. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to add or correct your entry.
